In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, Broadstone Vilara and Alliance Residential are committed to doing our part to maintain the health of our residents and associates. As such, we are opting to no longer conduct business face-to-face at our community. How can I rent an apartment at Broadstone Vilara?

We also have a lovely property video below and on our Youtube channel. All of our floor plan layouts are accessible for you to browse on our floor plans page, and you can even view current floor-by-floor availability of units and floor plans on our site map.

Have questions or want to see more? Although we cannot give in-person tours, our office is still staffed daily from 9am - 7pm and happy to assist you. We are available to speak with you on the phone or via email, and we even have the capability of video chat so we can virtually walk you through any unit you are interested in! 

 

I rented an apartment. Can I still move-in as scheduled?

Yes! We have put several procedures into place to help you get moved into your new apartment home without delay while also maintaining social distance. Contact us to walk you through our amended move-in process.

 

What does this mean for current Broadstone Vilara Residents?

Current residents, we're still here for you! Our office is staffed every day and can be reached via phone, email and the resident portal. At this time, our maintenance team is only addressing emergency work order requests to limit in-person interactions. Until further notice, all shared amenity spaces are closed and resident events have been postponed. We realize this is disappointing, but rest assured we are working on some exciting activities and perks for our residents that can be executed virtually to maintain social distance. We'll also be sharing some free resources here on the blog for you to use during this time of COVID-19 quarantining, so be sure to check back as we continue to post more!
